Order

Upfitter orders a complete 4-lock Ford PIU set and provides the key code. Paying by PO? Include the PO number.

Core return terms

The $175 price is for a complete 4-lock set and assumes you return all 4 original locks within 30 days.

A prepaid return label is included in the outbound shipment.
Return all 4 old locks together with one working key using that label.
Mark the return with the original order number so we can close the core.
If the old locks (or a working key) are not received within 30 days of our ship date, a $125 core charge is added to the order.
Cores received after 30 days may still be accepted at our discretion; the core charge is not automatically reversed once billed.

What we need on the order

Vehicle: Ford Police Interceptor Utility (PIU), 2020 and newer only. Set includes all 4 locks and 4 keys.
Key code: The code the new set must be cut and pinned to.
Ship-to: Upfitter shop name, contact, phone, and delivery address.
PO number: Required if the shop pays by purchase order. We cannot bill a PO without the PO number on the order.

Notes for the shop

This program is Ford Police Interceptor Utility (PIU), 2020 and newer only. Each $175 order is a complete 4-lock set plus 4 keys. It does not cover 2013–2019 PIU, Police Interceptor Sedan, F-150 PPVs, or civilian Explorers.

New PIU locks ship already coded. Install all 4 new locks, confirm the new keys operate every position, then box all 4 old PIU locks with one working original key and ship them back on the prepaid return label. Do not send broken or empty cores without a key that turns them — that does not close the core, and the $125 charge will apply.
